Shanth Fernando hosted selected invitees to the Paradise Road Galleries to preview an exhibition of paintings by artist Rupaneethan Pakkiyarajah recently.
Titled ‘A Search for Connectivity’, Rupaneethan presented a series of art and sculpture which seeks to establish connections between various aspects of life. The artist who was born and brought up in Batticaloa was caught in the tentacles of war and much of his work is influenced by these experiences.
