Asian Aviation Centre (AAC) held its Annual Academic Awards Ceremony at the BMICH after a lapse of four years under the patronage of Chief Guest Maj. General (Retd) G.A Chandrasiri – Chairman of Airport and Aviation Services Sri Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, and Waruna Masinghe - Senior Lecturer, course leader for aircraft engineering courses, university liaison officer for UK and international partners for Aircraft engineering and Aerospace engineering of Kingston University, UK together with Chairman of Asian Aviation Centre Chandran Rutnam and Managing Director Nihara Jayatilleke.
