HNB PLC's exclusive Private Banking proposition, The Club HNB hosted a panel of eminent personalities from diverse backgrounds who shared ideas on Breaking Biases & Building Better at the International Women's Day forum held at Jetwing Colombo Seven recently.
The panel consisted of Aruni Goonetilleke Chairperson HNB PLC, Melani Kanaka World Bank Leading Fin & Admin SL & Maldives, Roshan Mahanama Former SL Cricket Captain, Deshika Rodrigo Executive Coach, Outplacement specialist & HR consultant and Dusty Alahakoon Chairman NEXT Campus. The conversation was moderated by Roshantha Jayatunga Senior Manager Training Delivery HNB PLC & the topics discussed spoke of the emergence of women leading from the front, and the challenges that stood in their way.
The forum which was attended by invitees from The Club HNB, witnessed interactive participation from the audience with attendees asking questions and the speakers providing enriching ideas of encouragement and hope that would serve as signposts for all women towards building a world where difference is valued and celebrated.
