To celebrate the launch of the book in Sri Lanka, Jetwing Hotels and Hoppers hosted a drinks and canapes reception at Jetwing Colombo Seven recently. The evening featured an informal conversation between Karan Gokani and Hiran Cooray, Chairman, Jetwing Symphony PLC, discussing the story of Hoppers, the cookbook and anecdotes along the way.
