'Joy and Plenty' to get you in the spirit of Christmas!

Christmas is an affair of joyful company and good food. Christmas dinner spreads are a celebration of the festivities of the season. Among all the merrymaking, it’s a good wine, or mulled wine, that keeps the conversation flowing.

Joy and Plenty is another home-grown brand which specialises in making all delicious Christmas staples. As Inoshini (the lady behind the brand) says, her kitchen was filled with joy and plenty of food for anyone who drops by. She started off the venture solely for her passion for cooking. She calls herself a culinary entrepreneur and wants nothing but to offer wholesome goodness in the best quality to others.

Joy and Plenty currently makes a variety of Christmas goodies such as mulled wine, stollen and Cranberry sauce. In addition to these, they also make shortbread and chicken liver pate for the season. The mulled wine is the favourite among most people and the flavour has gotten synonymous with Christmas for most of her customers. Joy and Plenty’s stollen is too, the best you will ever taste and really places itself in midst of the other Christmas essentials. If you don’t feel the spirit of Christmas yet, Joy and Plenty’s flavourful goodies will get you right in the mood again!

Joy and Plenty was a work in progress and was inspired by Inoshini’s mother’s and grandmother’s cooking, so it’s safe to assume that delicious cooking is inherited in her. She used to watch her mom and grandmom cook for large groups. She learnt the recipes and added her own unique twists and tweaks until she curated her own Joy and Plenty’s recipes that are loved by all.

Right now, Joy and Plenty have plans on expanding their products range into a series of yummy dips, jams and spreads. Of course, while expanding is definitely in the bucket list, Inoshini wants to be open to other options such as creating a curated list of products just for Christmas. Either way, it is ensured that Joy and Plenty will be coming up with more delicious delicacies in 2021 and we can’t wait!

All products from Joy and Plenty are priced between Rs.600 to Rs.3,500. They swear by using the best products of the highest quality to make all the delicious food. They are not only yummy but also will bring a wholesome twist to your Christmas this year. Get snug under a blanket with a glass of mulled wine and enjoy the season with Joy and Plenty.
